Guest Bio

Dr. Debbie Qaqish has spent her career one step ahead of where marketing is going—and one step ahead of where it’s going wrong.

In 2011, she coined Revenue Marketing and dragged the industry from vanity metrics into real revenue accountability. The industry caught up eventually. Now she’s watching the same mistake play out in a new form: leaders pouring money into AI tools and martech while their people quietly break under pressure that never lets up.

Debbie’s thesis is blunt—the next competitive edge isn’t a better tech stack. It’s human performance under pressure. Think clearly. Decide quickly. Sustain it. That’s not soft skills. That’s the science of positive psychology, and she’s the only person applying 30+ years of evidence-based performance research specifically to marketing teams.

As the founder of The Growth Factor, she translates that science into practice—through workshops, leadership programs, coaching, and keynotes that give marketing teams the tools to stop surviving pressure and start flourishing under it. Her Growth Factor Method™ fuses hard-won marketing experience with evidence-based human performance research to build teams that get sharper as the stakes get higher.

She hosts the weekly LinkedIn Live show Revenue Marketing Raw, is the award-winning author of Rise of the Revenue Marketer and From Backroom to Boardroom, and has been featured in Forbes and MarTech Today. She has taught Revenue Marketing in the MBA program at The College of William & Mary for over a decade, and holds a Doctor of Business Administration with research focused on how B2B CMOs adopt financial accountability.

While competitors burn through talent, her clients build teams that get sharper as the stakes get higher.
