Rachel Smith serves as the vice president of Marketing for Sky Zone. Prior to Sky Zone, Rachel spent 15 years in various leadership roles in both the hospitality and retail creating strategies for growth in brand turnarounds and leading brand refreshes. Rachel has worked for brands of all sizes, both public and private, as well as company-owned and franchised. Her passions are leadership and team development, strategic goal setting, project execution, and building creative ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions. Outside of work, Rachel’s hobbies include traveling, taking her camper to Tennessee’s state parks, hosting dinner parties, reading and hanging out with her husband Mike, and rescue pittie, Bon Bon. Rachel’s favorite attraction at Sky Zone is the race slide.
