Dale Harrison of Inforda Services, is a senior executive with more than 20 years of international experience in the biotech industry. He is experienced with venture-backed early-stage and mid-sized growth phase companies in the areas of executive leadership roles, operations management, technology development, and commercial development. Dale has held multiple C-Level positions in mid-sized growth-phase companies as well as having been involved in four startups, giving me a broad understanding of how scientific and commercial development has to be tightly integrated to establish a market presence and create long-term value. In addition, he has direct M&A experience including valuation analysis, turnaround & financial restructuring, and post-acquisition organizational integration.
