Stephen is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in leading diverse teams, driving business growth, and fostering innovation. His experience includes serving as CMO/Head of Marketing at Global, Regional and Market levels, Managing Director, General Manager, Board Director across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.
As a distinguished leader at Diageo, Stephen has been instrumental in launching recent groundbreaking initiatives such as Guinness 0.0, Non-Alc Spirits (Tanqueray, Captain Morgan), North American Single Malt Whiskies (Bulleit Single Malt, Crown Royal) and leading the development of Tequila Innovation (Don Julio, Casamigos). With a keen eye for innovative thinking and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, Stephen consistently places his teams ahead of the competition.
